October 29e The formal deal, which sold out in 21 days, opened with Killeen singer Michelle Marie and featured award-winning Dallas saxophonist Don Diego and his band. Sounds after were provided by DJ Jr. Vibes and Ron Tibbs was the emcee.
Ms. Bryant, MSG now retired, served 33 years in the military. Her distinguished fiancé, Ron Tibbs, is a case manager at United Health Care and an independent travel agent. Both collaborated with the owners of Endeavors Performing Arts and the founders of the 501cs Soul Arts Collective, Monique Stone and Ursula Cimone to bring this event to fruition. Endeavors Performing Arts and Soul Arts Collective often team up to provide performing arts, music and dance opportunities for local youth.
Ms. Bryant, a sophisticated socialite in her own right and an avid supporter of organizations inspiring and mentoring young people, yearned to see elegant, upscale formal events and jazz music here in the Central Texas area. A New Year’s Eve fundraiser is on the horizon and tickets are available now. A significant percentage of proceeds from both events will be used to ensure the success of the Soul Arts At Endeavors 2023 summer youth arts program.
The fundraising goal for the nonprofit is to raise $10,000 by the end of the year. The spirited couple, Tibbs and Bryant, raised $3,500 through ticket sales and separate donations for the youth organization at the end of the night.
