This fall, Healthy Living for ME is offering training for future workshop leaders. Any interested Mainer is welcome to join the trainings. Community organizations are also encouraged to involve their staff or volunteers in training.
“We are delighted to be able to offer training to Mainers who wish to become workshop leaders and help others improve their health and well-being. It’s a great way for people interested in empowering and helping others to do so, ”said Jen Paquet, Training Manager for Healthy Living for ME. “I encourage anyone interested to reach out and find out more about what this opportunity entails.”
Healthy Living for ME offers free, low-cost workshops to help Mainers prevent and manage disease and improve their overall health and well-being. Zoom, phone and in person workshops are available. If you are interested in becoming a leader for one of these workshops, Healthy Living for ME invites you to attend an upcoming leader training.
