Leicester Workshop looks to keep kids entertained this Christmas

Children can participate in a ceramic decoration workshop

With schools starting to close for the Christmas holidays, Hobbycraft offers a way to keep kids entertained with two variations of festive workshops available.

The ceramic decoration and cracker decoration workshops are an opportunity for children to show their creativity and immerse themselves in the festive spirit as the Christmas countdown continues.

The workshops will run until Christmas Eve and are available at a variety of hobby shops across the UK. The sessions will last one hour and will require adult supervision. Everyone who attends a session will be supervised by one of the Hobbycraft experts who will help children learn new trades with creative tips and tricks.

Kids can have fun making their own fun and festive crackers to brighten up the Christmas table and get everyone in the holiday spirit. Designed for creative toddlers, the workshop will help spark their curiosity by turning each of them into a Christmas reindeer.

They’ll be given everything they need to make up to six crackers in total, including colorful pom poms, pipe cleaners and googly eyes to bring each one to life! Once the decoration is complete, the crackers can be filled with messages and gifts.

They can also get creative by creating their own ceramic decoration, ready to add a personal touch to the Christmas decor. Whether they want to go for bold, bright shades or embrace classic Christmas colors, the imaginative designs are entirely theirs.

The session will come with ceramic blank decoration and a variety of colorful paints and glitter to choose from. Once the decorating is complete, they will be left with a finished design that they will love to show off to the whole family.
